Enter all or part of the name of your organization in the Org. Name field to the left, then click the FEIN Look Up button below.
This will open another window with an FEIN search that will allow you to search for your organization by Name, City, and State.
Once you find your organization in the list, you'll click the Select Org. button next to the organization,
and it will transfer the information back to this form.

This information will help us ensure that a one member one vote principle is maintained in member votes. In the future Members will
be eligible to join a credit union that is being formed and sponsored by American Nonprofits. Federal Credit Union regulations require
that we collect minimum information in order to identify members, all of whom will be eligible to join the credit union.
Your information will never be sold, rented, or otherwise made accessible for solicitation from third parties. We will not provide your
information to affiliates without your explicit permission and only in conjunction with services you request.
